IMPORTANT TIMES:

• Trailers can ENTER the park to start unloading on Saturday 6:00PM-9:00PM or Sunday morning 6:00AM-7:30AM.  (individuals bringing 1x and arriving after 7:30AM, please email us).
• REGATTA SITE OPENS 6:00AM SUNDAY, please refrain from arriving earlier than 6:00AM.
• REGISTRATION OPENS Sunday 6:30AM-9:00AM inside Lashutka Building, after 9:00AM registration packets can be picked up at the Registration/Medals area at the Finish Line. 
• Hospitality VIP Suite OPEN from 7:30AM-4:00PM
• Launch 45-60 minutes prior to race.
• Do NOT row in 2 events if LESS THAN 90 MINUTES apart. 
• SHUTTLE RUNS 7:00AM to 5:00PM

All-day access to warmth, comfort, TV with sports games, and breakfast courtesy of GCRA volunteers, all with a porch view of the finish line! Located inside Lashutka Building.  Tickets also available to purchase in person the day-of. Volunteer for one of our Regatta Volunteer shifts, and we'll let you in for free! email [email protected]

10/18/23 UPDATE: DRONE POLICY To ensure safety of the crews and no interference with the races, the operation of drones is prohibited, with exception to those granted by the Regatta Director for official purposes
