What makes October special? Well, apart from Halloween, there's a three mile head race, a costume competition, a fun picnic -- all rolled into one: PBC's own Head of the Dog Regatta! For canoe and kayak enthusiasts, there is theDog Paddle. Costumed or not, come on down and have a howling good time.
