NEW EVENT!

Get the socializing started prior to heading to Stanley Park for the evening event.  Join in a race like no other for the last run down the course on Saturday - the SCRAMBLED Mixed Quad Event.  This fun yet still competitive event is bound to bring out some laughter, jeering, and fast times down the course.

Enter into the SCRAMBLED Mixed Quad race as a single rower.  You will be randomly assigned a boat with three other racers from other clubs to create a mixed quad. 

Race fee is $10 a seat, with proceeds going to The Wildlife Rescue Association of BC that runs out of Burnaby Lake (charity).  Maximum entries is 24 so get your name on the list asap. 

Participants will be contacted individually for suitability for bow seat.

We hope you will join us for a burger and beer at Vancouver Rowing Club.  VRC has again invited us to spend the evening on their deck with that captivating view of the water and Vancouver skyline.  If you have had the pleasure before, you'll want to return and if not - don't miss out talking rowing with new and old friends in the magnificent setting.

$14 will gets you a burger on the barbie with salad n'fixins and a beer.
