The RPAC has the following procedures for all visiting teams and individuals: 

• ​All spectators will receive a hand stamp from the Welcome Center allowing them access past the turn-styles and into the facility. 
• All junior athletes must submit a Minor Release and Indemnification Form
• All Open/Masters competitors must submit a Visiting Team Assumption of Risk Form
• ​​All participants will receive their individual credential cards from the Program Registration area  (next to the Welcome Center) when they submit their Visiting Team Assumption of Risk forms and/or their minor waiver forms to the Sport Club Supervisor working their event. (We will have an a-frame next to the Program Registration area to advertise where the participants can check-in.).

Non-rower events cost $15 per entry.
