Coming in from the NORTH, stay on I-95 to downtown Jacksonville. Stay in the extreme left lane to exit left off I-95 at Union Street. Exit east onto Union Street. Continue east on Union Street through downtown staying in one of the two left lanes. Cross the St. Johns River on the Mathews Bridge. Once across the river you will be on the Arlington Expressway, and your exit will be within the next 1/4 mile. Pass the University Boulevard Exits and take the next exit to the right (Cesery Blvd.) to the south service road of the Arlington Expressway. Continue east on the service road. The Children and Family Services building will be on the right. Look for the sign that will direct you into the trailer parking area behind the building, where you will check in and be directed to a designated parking space.

Coming in from the West, stay on I-10 until you reach the I-95 interchange. As you approach I-95 stay in the extreme middle lanes as you will exit from I-10 and go north on I-95. As you leave I-10 move to the extreme right lane before you cross the railroad bridge. Approximately 1 mile from I-10, you will exit east on to Union Street. Follow the rest of the directions above.

From the south, I-95, take the Southside Boulevard (115) exit north. Cross Beach Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard. Just beyond the Atlantic Boulevard intersection follow the signs to take the Arlington Expressway toward Downtown. You will not cross the river. Take the University Boulevard South exit, cross over the Expressway, stay in the right hand lane and reenter the Expressway (cloverleaf turn around). Take the next exit to the right (Cesery Blvd.) to the south service road of the Arlington Expressway. Continue east on the service road. The Children and Family Services building will be on the right. Look for the sign that will direct you into the trailer parking area behind the building, where you will check in and be directed to a designated parking space.
