WRA returns to the Wichita River Festival with the 2017 Bea Ritchie Memorial Regatta. Each entrant in the regatta will recieve a River Festival button allowing them entry to other Festival Events http://www.wichitariverfest.com/. Additional River Festival buttons will be on-sale at the regatta site.

Timing will be age corrected. Medals will be awarded to crews who finish ahead of someone in their event. If only two boats are entered, medals wil be awarded to first place only. If three boats enter, then medals to first and second and so on. You may race the course for bragging rights if yours is the only boat in the event. The "Bea" is intended to be a fun row with your buddies/training race in the spirit of Bea Ritchie.
6/4/17 - The turn around was moved and the course shortened to 2.3 kilometers in order to facilitate a live video feed to a JumboTron on the Big Ark.
