Canadian Indoor Rowing Championships

  • Hosted By: Canadian Indoor Rowing Association

CIRC is one of the longest continuous championships in Canada for indoor rowing.  In its 36th year, CIRC has been held in the Greater Toronto Area and grown to be a main event on the indoor racing circuit in North America.

CIRC is organized by the Canadian Indoor Rowing Association, made up by a group of dedicated volunteers.   CIRC has had strong support from Concept 2 over the years.  Concept 2 is the manufacturer of the rowing ergometers used exclusively at the competition.  All ergometers in the race line are brand new directly shipped from the Concept 2 factory in Vermont, U.S.A.

CIRC is a sanctioned event and all competitors who set a  world time standard  (see Concept 2 website) in their age category may be eligible for a travel stipend of $400 U.S.   Competitors must reside in North America to be eligible.
