Hello Vendors!  

The person writing this content has been in your shoes numerous times, trying to get information on costs and tent/stand sizes, and deadlines.  

We have written to the sports complex to get a layout diagram but have had no success.  We may have to visit the sports complex to measure the space and determine the best locations for vendors.  

Until we see the layout for ourselves or see a diagram, it is difficult to assign any fee amounts since we know how important location is and traffic flow.  If all of the stands have to be located out of the way, then obviously the fees may just be a token amount.

So stand by to stand by is all we can say for now.
