Q:  Can we reserve space for a tent/canopy?

    A:  Yes, the fee to reserve a 15'x15' space is $100.  Contact  [email protected] to reserve your space.

Q: Will lodging be available in the YMCA overnight on Saturday as in the past?

    A: Yes; the YMCA will be available for overnight lodging on Saturday, October 8.

Q: Is there a fee for spectators to attend the event?

   A: No. This is a FREE event to attend. No fees are collected from the over 5,000 spectators.

Q: Will there be food at the event?

   A: Yes, we will have several different food truck vendors offering a variety of menu items and beverages. We encourage you to     patronize these vendors.

Q: Is there handicap parking?

   A: There are a few spots available and people can be dropped off at the event.

Q: Is hot seating allowed?

   A: Yes; hot seating is allowed, but it is not encouraged. The docks are very busy and boats cannot stay at the dock to hot seat. Hot seating boats must be removed from the water and then relaunched. See the Rules tab for specific information on hot seating.

Q: Are coxswains required to weigh-in?

   A: No

Q: When and where are lightweight weigh-ins?
   A: Sunday morning starting at 7:00 am at the back of the boat house. 

Q: When and where is the pre-regatta meeting? Who should attend?
   A: The pre-regatta meeting is held at the front entrance of the Boathouse at 7:30 am. Coaches, Coxswains and officials should attend.

Q: When do we launch?

   A: The first launch is after the pre-regatta meeting at approximately. 7:45 am. Thereafter, courtesy announcements are made regarding race launch times. Crews are responsible for ensuring they launch with sufficient time to reach the start.

Q: How much time does should I allow to get from the dock to the start line?

   A: Allow a minimum of 45 minutes
