The Regatta will be conducted under the most recently published US Rowing Rules of Racing.  Certified US Rowing Referees will monitor and referee the regatta. 

US Rowing Time Handicaps will apply to A/B, C/D, E/F and >F events. 

In Masters events where the number of entries allow, heats will be generated based on US Rowing age categories with attempts made by the regatta to limit the number of races where competitors age range expands over more than two age ategories.  However, if the number of entries dictates that multiple age categories form a heat, the normal US Rowing age handicapping will apply. 

Refunds:  Refunds will be given to boats withdrawing prior to midnight 6/15/2023, minus any processing fees.  Any entries withdrawing after 6/15 will not receive a refund. 

Per standard practice at most regattas, no refunds will be made for events cancelled due to weather or other similar circumstances outside the normal control of the regatta. 

Refunds will be processed after the regatta and will be mailed out by the end of June.
