Trailers

Trailer Arrival:  Trailers may arrive during the following times, when there will be a parking attendant available. Contact Molly Evjen at 503-367-1158 or [email protected] for outside appointments.

  • Wednesday May 17: By appointment request only

  • Thursday May 18, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm (the park will be locked at dusk, trailer may not enter after dusk)

  • Friday May 19, 6:30 am – 9:30 am

Trailer Parking: Trailers must enter the park through the main entrance where the tollbooth is located. Parking fees are $6 for vehicles with trailers, and $3 for just the vehicle. Follow the Trailer Parking signs and take the road to the right, to the Trailer Parking lot entrance, where you will be issued a Trailer Parking Permit and directed to a spot.

Only vehicles with the Trailer Parking Permit will be allowed to enter this parking lot. The south exit from the parking lot will remain open throughout the regatta. However, the teeth will be up. Please do not try to enter the trailer lot through this entrance.

See Trailer Parking Map below.

Team Set Up

Team Set Up: Teams may begin setting up equipment in the park beginning at 12:00 pm on Thursday.

Teams will select boat and tent space when on site – space is not being marked out or reserved by the regatta organizers. There is plenty of space for all, but please keep your boat areas compact. You may have a few pop up 10X10 tents in your boat areas for shelter from the elements, otherwise all team tents should be in the Team Tent area in the North field near the Eagle Shelter. Larger tents are not allowed in the boat storage areas.

You may contact Molly Evjen at [email protected]  or 503-367-1158 if you would like to reserve a tent rental. If you reserve your own tent, please schedule for the tent to be set up on Wednesday May 18th at 12:00 pm, and send the confirmation details to Molly Evjen at pvra.northwest.com so that we are aware of all vendors coming to the park. You must meet your own vendor if you don’t reserve through PVRA.

Oar Corral: The “Oar Corral” for temporary storage of oars during launching is located next to the beach, near the control commission. Crews should not leave oars on the beach after landing.
