Volunteers Needed!
We need volunteers on Saturday 14 January, from 12 Noon to 6 pm and on Sunday, 15 January, from 8 am to 6 pm. If you can't make those long hours, please come for whatever time you can set aside.
On Saturday, we roll in the ergs, lay them out, wire them together, set up stanchions for athlete and spectator control, and set up tables for check in, registration changes, and medals and timing.
On Sunday, we get eveyting online and open the doors. We will need gatekeepers for the on deck waiting area and for the erg entry area, and for the exit.
We will medal award super detail people to take the results and process for the winners.
Parents: we would truly welcome your participation. Your presence is really meaningful to the adult LGBTQ+ community.
