Simon Fraser University is offering the regatta single occupancy dorm-style rooms at $65/room

These rooms are single occupancy and have common shared areas on each floor, each room has its own designated lock and comes furnished with a single bed, desk and linens. On each floor, there is one common room with a microwave, TV and sink, and two shared gender-inclusive washrooms. You can take a look online here for more information.  Note that these rooms are not air-conditionned.  

For the booking procedures and rates, there are two options:

Individual Travellers: Any "group" booking less than 10 rooms per night technically is not considered a group and those individuals would book and pay online to stay on the individual traveller floor.

Group Booking: Any team/club booking 10+ rooms per night qualifies for a group booking, and the rate will be slightly cheaper.
