Head of the Henderson is held on Lake Henderson and the connecting Tsala Apopka Chain of Lakes located in Inverness, Florida. The boats will launch in Lake Henderson and head to the Start Line. Rowers will navigate this 5K course through the chain of lakes and cross the Finish Line back in Lake Henderson where spectators will have a fantastic side vantage point of the final 750 meters.
