A draft heat sheet will be prepared for review after registration closes.  

Every attempt will be made to accommodate athletes participating in multiple events.  (See link at the bottom of the message).

We will try to provide at least 40 minutes between each individuals events, with the proximity of the docks to the race course both finish line at start area this is sufficient time to get to the start area.  In a few cases there may be less time between events, where this occurs identify to the dock masters when you finish your previous event that you need to hot seat.  Your crew members should be on the dock, with the boat and oars and be ready to depart.

From the dock to the start area can be completed in 10 minutes at a reasonable pace. 

For events where there is only one entry, events may be combined with a category of boats of likely similar speed to give an element of competition.  Each boat will receive a winners medal for their category on completing the  course regardless of their finishing position in the heat. .
