The Order of events is listed in the order that we plan and follows the order from previous years. However if there are conflicts with near or adjacent events, we will attempt to adjust the order or provide additional time between race. Just email your concerns to Stephen Chilmaid and we will provide a solution.
Due to the proximity of the docks to the race course it only requires a 30 minute gap to allow for a hot seating change on the docks and row to the start area but we will aim to schedule races where competitors are in multiple events 40 minutes or more apart.

Times:  The Coach and Coxswain Meeting will be at 8:00 a.m. near the PA System.  The first race will start at 9:00 a.m.

Lane Numbers:  For all visiting clubs and individuals, please bring your own lane numbers (1 to 5).  VBC has a limited number of lane numbers available for general use, but we do not have enough for the full regatta. 

Boat Trailer Arrival and Parking:  If your boat trailer plans to arrive on Friday, June 13th, please email or text Steve Bosshard at [email protected] or mobile 908-500-1725 with an estimate of your arrival time.  This will enable us to provide resources to assist you park in designated spaces for early arrival and facilitate easier trailer access for those arriving on Saturday. 

Heat Sheet / Draw: A link has been posted to the Heat Sheet/ Draw tab on the left menu.  A final sheet will be issued on Friday evening, and any changes after that time need to be communicated to the Regatta Director at the Coaches and Coxes Meeting.

Final Heat Sheet :  This can be found on the Heat Sheet/Draw tab.  Any changes need to be identified at the 8.00 am Coaches Meeting at the dock.
