There will be no weigh-ins for lightweights and coxswains, although coaches are encouraged to discuss actual athlete weights with other coaches racing in the same lightweight event.

All competitors must sign and turn in a completed waiver to receive their bow number.

Programs should provide their own bow numbers. Starting order will be indicated via assigned number and placed on contact paper for each entrant.

US Rules of rowing will be followed, and heel ties (3" of lift off the footstretcher maximum) and bow balls will be checked as each crew launches.Violation of course markers and failure to yield to an overtaking boat will result  a 1 minute penalty, or in serious cases may result in forfeture.
