Open Row

The Open Row sessions are open to all rowers who have at least completed one Learn-to-Row program. It is for rowers of all ages, youth and adults. Upon arrival at the boat pen rowers will be matched with boats by the coach. Some on water coaching can be available in coordination with a coach. An Adult or Youth Membership is required.

Early Morning Masters [August-October]

This program is designed for adult rowers with at least some rowing knowledge. Coaching can be available in coordination with a coach. For those interested, preparation for competition is possible. Sessions will be on weekday mornings from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM (in July, 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM). An Adult Membership is required.
