2024 Adult Masters Experienced - Spring

In this 21-week experienced adult rowing program, athletes will expand their fitness foundation from the fall season. Early focus on strength, endurance and team building will progress to refinement of technique and transfer of overall fitness to moving boats on the water. The focus of intra-squad and other competition in March and April is to develop tactically, technically and physiologically to reach desired levels at Dogwood Masters Regatta on June 1, 2024: the end of this phase. Those continuing into the next program will be preparing for Masters Southeast Regionals Championships in Aiken, SC (6/21-22/2024). Selective participation in the Atomic Masters Program is established by coaches.
