This opportunity is for beginners through advanced rowers to get 90 minutes of one on one instruction with a member of the Atomic Coaching Staff. Whether you are getting in a boat for the first time or working to refine your technique after many years of competition, occasional individual feedback and instruction can be invaluable!

LEARN to ROW is a perfect way to get into our Atomic Juniors Development Fall Program! Please wear athletic, close-fitting stretchy shorts and shirts (spandex), socks and athletic shoes. 2025 Summer Adult Development Open Row
This is a 9 week program focused on increased water time to develop rowing skill for athletes new to the sport of rowing. You will learn to row the single, double and quad during this summer session. This program is suitable for the overall enjoyment of summer rowing, community building, and as a foundation for our Fall Coached Adult Programs which begin on September 2, 2025.

This is a 6-week open summer small boat program for Juniors who have previous rowing experience, and are not available every day of the week due to travel, etc..
Monday-Wednesday - Friday, 4:15-6:15pm (or any 3 days) The purpose of Summer Open Rows is to grow your love of the sport, experience the joy of increased comfort level in the small boats, and spending time on the water with your peers. Since rowing development requires quality repetition & consistency, Open Row is a fantastic foundation for our fall rowing programs beginning on August 25, 2025.
