The NEW AND IMPROVED Anacostia Community Boathouse is located at 1900 M St SE, Washington, DC.
While the new location brings with it many benefits, plentiful parking is not one of them. Despite our best efforts to secure adequate regatta parking close to the boathouse, available street parking is extremely limited and many nearby lots were unavailable to us. As such, we have made arrangements with a privately-operated parking lot at 601 M Street SE to be open for regatta parking from 7:00am until 10:00pm. The cost to park in the lot is $10 per car and we will have a shuttle service available to move people to and from the boathouse. It is possible to walk from the parking lot to the boathouse, but the distance is approximately 1 mile.
The shuttle service (12 and 15 passenger vans) will run per the
following schedule:
Between 7AM and 9AM, two shuttles in continuous back and forth operation
After 9AM, on a half-hour schedule. Leaving the parking area on the hour and half-hour, and leaving the boathouse on the quarter hour.

Boat Storage/Parking
Trailers and car-topped shells will be accommodated in the boathouse lot. There is no parking available for individual participants and spectators. \
