City Championships

ENTRY FEES. Unlike the Flicks, there are entry fees for City Championship. They are due no later than the day of the regatta,May 1. If you do not pay online, please bring a check or a Purchase Order to the coaches meeting the day of the regatta.
LATE FEES: Many of you have late fees and you already have been contacted by me. They also must be paid by May 1. You can pay those online through your Regatta Central account.
SCRATCH FEES. If you owe scratch fees, you will get an email from me within the next two days telling you how much you owe.
A & B BOATS are allowed but we do not accept C, D, E, F, G …Z  boats.
TIME TRIALS will be held in the morning for all events that have over six entries. The top six boats move on to finals
STAKE BOATS will be used for all varsity and junior varsity events, weather permitting, and if we have enough stake boat holders. It is up to you as coaches to provide stake boat holders. Please contact me with the number you can provide. Novice and freshmen events will have floating starts.
MEDALS  are awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all events that have at least four entries. Events with three entires will award 1st and 2nd place medals. Events with only two entries will award 1st place only.
PARKING AND TRAFFIC procedures for spectators will be emailed to parent booster contacts and posted online later this week. Please be aware of them and advise your parents to comply. For City Championship, the following vehicles do not need parking passes: boat trailers, school buses/vans and chuck wagons.
QUALIFIER. City Championships is a qualifier for Youth Nationals, the SRAA and NSRA regattas. This year, due to the cancellation of the Garden State Championship, it will serve also as a qualifier for NJ schools. This will not affect the number of berths each region receives.
PSRA WAIVERS must be signed by all rowers by now.
