Liability Waiver –
Every competitor must sign a waiver at the registration table on the day of the event. No participant can compete without a signed waiver.
Check-In –
Competitors must check-in prior to their event at the registration table. *Pre-ordered event merchandise must be picked up at the registration table.
Warm Up –
Separate ergs will be available for warm up.
Racing –
- All relay and WOD race partners MUST be individually registered to participate.
- Rowers may set the drag factor before their race begins.
