This is a USRowing registered regatta with USRowing officials. 2016 USRowing Rules of Boat Racing apply unless otherwise stated.  There are no restrictions on coxswains entering multiple events as long as the events are far enough apart.  Hotseating is discouraged but if you must, please let the dockmasters know when you launch for the first event.
