Fall Racing Team

This competitive program is open to all boys and girls, between 15 and 18 years old, who wish to train to improve speed and skills and develop their true potential at high performance level. The program aims to develop rowing skills and team fundamentals as well as help rowers improve their performance at competition. Each competitive athlete will go through a selection process on the ergometer.
Preseason: August 25–29 Official Season Start: Monday, September 2 Labor Day (September 1): No Practice

Middle School

Our middle school programs are designed to get youth on the water quickly, and prepare them for the next step. Sessions will include instruction on the fundamentals of rowing, taught at an age-appropriate pace.
