Facilities Fee 2024
While CRI does not have memberships or membership dues everyone who comes through the door is a part of our community. We ask that each participant, youth and adult, pay our facilities fee. The facility fee is paid once per rowing season/calendar year and allows us to maintain our fleet, the boathouse and keep the building open and available to rowers seven days a week. CRI rowers who have paid their facility fee have yearlong access to the locker rooms, weight room, spin bikes and ergs. Rowers with their own boat may use the docks for launching when car topping their boat in for a row. The yearly Facilities Fee includes what use to be our 'New Boat Fee'.

TPR: Technique/Power/Results - March/April - Mon - 6am
Technique Power Results: The continuation of a popular winter training class that hinges on the principle that rowing on an erg is transferable to the boat. We will spend time deconstructing the rowing stroke and introducing drills, techniques, and helping to develop a “feeling” for the body’s actions during the rowing stroke. Rest assured, there is plenty of hard work involved, but the course revolves around rowing with purpose and intent and focusing on EACH stroke as an opportunity to move that boat a little further, with a little less effort. Dry-land exercises, drills, training segments, and stretching are all incorporated into each session. Bonus: you get to watch the coach do the exact same workout.
This class is presented virtually over Zoom. NOTE: No class Monday, April 15th.
