    Facilities Fee 2018

While CRI does not have memberships or membership dues - everyone who comes through the door is a part of our community - we ask that each participant, youth and adult, pay our facilities fee. This year, to simplify registration and to save everyone a few dollars, we have combined the facility fee (in 2017 it was $144) and the new boat fee (in 2017 it was $75) into one, and in 2018 the facilities fee is $189, $30 less than the fees in 2017. The facility fee is paid once per rowing season/calendar year allows us to maintain our fleet, the boathouse and keep the building open and available to rowers seven days a week. CRI rowers who have paid their facility fee have yearlong access to the locker rooms, weight room, spin bikes and ergs. Rowers with their own boat may use the docks for launching when car topping their boat in for a row. The 2018 Facilities Fee includes what use to be our 'New Boat Fee'.

It is an introductory non-competitive course, where new rowers have a chance to try sculling in a fun and safe environment. They will learn sculling terminology, learn how to handle the equipment, and develop a basic set of skills. Please note when the weather turns colder, we will use boats for 2 and 4 people.
