This class will provide workouts on the ergometer (stationary rowing machine) and will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Caspersen Rowing Center located at 1 South Post Rd. All experience levels are welcome and workouts will be designed to meet people at their level (from novice to veteran rower).
